1- Advancing the process of recruiting new academic staff according to the academic staff recruitment policy.

2- Preparing academic files and relevant documents for the Appointment, Dismissal, and Academic Promotion Council.

3- Calling the monthly meeting of the Appointment, Dismissal, and Academic Promotion Council according to the schedule.

4- Providing necessary information related to the Appointment, Dismissal, and Academic Promotion Council agenda.

5- Preparing academic files and other documents for the Academic Council.

6- Organizing the agenda for the Academic Council.

7- Call the monthly meeting of the Academic Council according to the schedule and distribute its decisions to the relevant authorities.

8- Sending academic files and documents related to professors to various authorities for further action.

9- Registering and updating the reputation, statistics, and information related to professors in an organized system.

10- Reporting actions to the direct supervisor based on the organized plan.
