Directorate of Human Resources Employee
General Information
The Department of Employee Affairs has the following duties and authorities:
Organizing the professional and administrative structures of relevant institutions, considering the volume of tasks.
Filling necessary positions based on competency and eligibility in accordance with legal provisions.
Designing and implementing programs to enhance the capacity of relevant employees.
Making decisions regarding employee transfers to improve operations, in compliance with legal provisions.
Conducting annual performance evaluations of employees in a timely manner, as mandated by law.
The Directorate of Employee Affairs plays a critical role in creating and drafting the organizational management structures, announcing job vacancies, recruiting eligible candidates in province for effective operations, evaluating employee performance, enhancing their capacities, and managing issues related to personnel files and retirement. These activities are fundamental components of the Department's operations. The primary objective of this department is to attract, nurture, develop, and retain competent and capable personnel to achieve the institution's goals.
Additionally, the Directorate of Employee Affairs is responsible for implementing administrative reforms, managing and supervising employees, introducing employees to educational programs, addressing complaints, and overseeing employee health and safety-related matters.
It is noteworthy that recruitment in this department is conducted in accordance with the Labor Law, the Civil Service Employees Law, and relevant regulations, in close collaboration with the Independent Commission for Administrative Reforms and Civil Services.
